OK so since I’m blogging here, I won’t blog so much on my friendster blog. FYI.
What I’ve learned today…. so many scandals in the world. Business scandals , that is.
There’s the infamous recent NKF scandal, then there was Enron (which I just learned about recently in detail), new ones like Tyco, WorldCom, Peregrine Systems….
So anyway, if u wana kno about it, it can all be found on wikipedia.com. ie, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page. Honestly, I knew that wikipedia was good but I didn’t know it was THAT amazingly brilliant!
It’s really up-to-date and very informative. I’ve searched people like Nick Leeson, Warren Buffet, Aurthur Andersen(that’s an audit co tho), Dennis Kozlowski, and many more.
Also, since I’m not very geographically well-versed, I decided to look for an online atlas. And tra-la-la, guess what? there is one! Which is also very good…. come to think of it, I might post this blog on my friendster for more people to read. Hehe… so anyway, the online atlas, it’s www.worldatlas.com. Hehe.
Also, I found another website that may be interesting…. it’s about our environment. Let’s see…. plastics! how come they are inorganic, ie. non-biodegrageable and other topics.
